Pump SkidsEPI can offer a variety of pump skids to be used for virtually any pumping application. Offering bases constructed of polycrete, cast iron or custom steel bases we can adapt any base to mount your pump. With our mechanical seal applications we can also offer convection tanks or dual flow meters to cool the seals.

Rotating Equipment RepairEPI offers a complete line of pump repair. From ANSI pumps, submersibles, split case, turbines, multi-stage, progressive cavity, gear, rotary lobe, AOD, and any other type of pump. EPI offers the capability of rebuilding gear boxes, mixers, blowers, and other equipment. Having a complete machine shop EPI has the capabilities of rebuilding just about any piece of equipment including obsolete equipment.

Engineered ProductsEPI can design a variety of structures or systems including catwalks, pump skids, floating pump platforms and even entire facilities. Utilizing the CAD technology including 3D software such as Auto desk Inventor, we can design systems to meet clients request and governing agency requirements based on the needs of the facility with minimal costs and extreme accuracy.

Designed Systems
Using CAD software such as Auto desk Plant 3D, EPI can design a variety of systems as small as a standard pump skid up to entire facilities. With experience the hazardous waste processing industry, EPI has worked with clients and state organizations to provide proposals for pumping systems to achieve approval for construction on these systems. EPI can offer turnkey construction management. Whether it is strictly budget management or up to full construction, EPI can ensure that your project is completed on time and under budget.

VOC Testing
EPI can provide VOC testing to conform to state regulated requirements include drawings and write up describing individual components that require attention or replacement. This can be done to meet monthly or yearly requirements.
Laser Alignment
EPI offers on-site laser alignment and vibration analysis on all your rotating equipment. All pump skids before leaving our facility are laser aligned before shipping and checked after installation and before start up.
Tank Thickness Testing
With experience in tank designs, EPI can provide tank thickness testing with easy to follow drawings and write ups so that the client can monitor their piping and tank thickness to schedule tank and facility maintenance in accordance to state and regional codes and regulations.
Pump Training
EPI offers free pump, mechanical seal, and laser alignment training at no cost to our customers. We can customize a course to fit all your equipment needs.
Electrical/Programming/Automation
EPI’s experience with electrical components such as motors, instrumentation and programmable logic controllers allow us to help customers with virtually anything from troubleshooting faulty equipment up to turnkey systems. Even if you already have an existing system, we can help with expansion or replacement parts.
